The church of San Biagio stands on the edge of the village of Campiglia d'Orcia, outside the walls. It was consecrated in 1648 and has undergone several renovations over the years. It was also rebuilt in 1795 based on a design by architect Leonardo De Vegni.
The interior has three naves and features an 18th-century stucco high altar. At the center of the altar is a small 18th-century tempera painting depicting the Madonna del Carmine.
On the right wall is a canvas depicting the Madonna and Child Handing the Keys to Saint Peter, attributed to the Sienese painter Sebastiano Folli, dating back to the early 17th century.
