STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Nestled between the “CALANCHI” and the peculiar “BIANCANE” of the Orcia Valley, on a hill wich coasts the historic Via Francigena, sits the Canapaccia Estate, a typical Touscan Farmhouse.
While maintaining all of its antique characteristics this farmhouse offers evry comfort of enjoy healthy relaxation surrounded by the green rolling hills and typical Touscan landscapes. This farmhouse is an ideal location offering tranquility of rural areas while being close to antique world renowned cities such as Montalcino, Siena, Pienza.
The appartaments are all furnished whit great detail including traditional durniture, fully equipt kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV and a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy days of sunshine together with family members and friends.
In the large manor hall is the restaurant which is open every day and offers local specialitis such “Pici”, “ribollita” and the “Fiorentina” as well as seasonal delicacies such as porcini mushrooms and truffles. Fuirthemore the area is surrounded whit images of instruments used traditionally for the processing of “canapé”(hemp) and workmanship typical of this area. In fact the farmhouse is named “Canapaccia” because of this antique cultivation and processing of this plant.
The farmhouse also offer a wine celler where the famous “Brunello di Montalcino” is produced.
