This small church is located among the vineyards at the foot of Montalcino, on the western slope, overlooking the rolling hills of the Val d'Orcia. It is accessed by exiting the town through Porta Burelli.
The building has a longitudinal plan with vertical stone and brick structures and a brick roof. The small church has a bell gable positioned at the rear, on the left.
