The Parish Church of Saints Biagio and Donato is a sacred building located in Camigliano, Montalcino.
With a single nave, it features a stone façade with a gabled roof and a square brick bell tower with a double rib from the 17th century.
The figural architrave on the right wall, part of the now blocked-up side portal, the Porta dei Battezzandi (Door of the Baptized), which served as access for catechumens, dates back to the 12th-13th century.
On the left wall is the Porta del Morto (Door of the Dead), also blocked-up, which served as entrance to the cemetery.
On the high altar is the Madonna and Child in Glory with Saints Biagio and Donato by Giuseppe Nicola Nasini (late 17th century).
On the right altar is the Adoration of the Shepherds in the style of Francesco Vanni (1601); on the left altar is the Madonna of the Rosary, a work of Sienese art (late 16th century).
